INTERNATIONAL SHiPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped either via Cyprus Post with Priority A-Registered Post or Courier service to the destination country. Our orders require a signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times for European countries are 3-5 business days.
Estimated delivery times for Non-European countries are 7-14 business days.
Orders over €240.00 are free. Orders under €240.00 the standard charges are shown in the following table:

Returns

At JUVARLENE.COM, we aim at providing the best service and quality products to our customers. If, for any reasons, you purchase any of our products that is not pleasing to you, you may return them for a full 100% money back guarantee.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email).

Please contact JUVARLENE.COM for the appropriate procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.

All products need to remain unused in order to be eligible as return. JUVARLENE.COM reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:
• any used or broken products
• any promotion and best value items
• products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
• after 30 days from the shipping date

The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of the return shipping.

RECEIVING WRONG ITEM

We double-check all orders before we ship them, but if we still make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us with the original delivery note and we will send the right one back to you. Please keep the return product in a re-saleable condition. Before sending, please contact JUVARLENE.COM with your order number for the appropriate procedures.

If you prefer refund to exchanging of product, we will credit the product price to the account used for the original purchase. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Please contact JUVARLENE.COM with the indication of preference for refund.

TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU ORDERED
  1. Go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and then to ‘COMPLETED ORDERS’.
  2. Choose items to return. Next to the item or order, select ‘RETURN ITEM(S)’. Select the Quantity you want to return, explain the reason for your return and choose how to resolve your return.
  3. Click ‘SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST’.

Select to issue a refund or replacement, if applicable. The Juvarlene team reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. You will receive a response with the final outcome and how to proceed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEM

All products need to remain unused in order to be eligible as return. JUVARLENE.COM reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

  • any promotion and best value items
  • products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable after 30 days from the shipping date
EXCHANGING AN ITEM

Currently, we do not offer exchange of items. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item and place a new order. Please contact JUVARLENE.COM for the appropriate procedures before sending. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEM

We double-check all orders before we ship them, but it might still get damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, you can return the product with the original delivery note back to us, please contact JUVARLENE.COM for the appropriate procedures before sending. After checking, we will make a refund to your purchased account. Should you prefer product replacement to refund, please let us know when you contact JUVARLENE.COM, if there is stock available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY

All refund products will need to be unused. Usually it takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.
